Hi Guy
Cello is not happening at the moment, I'm too pregnant to play really. Looking forward to getting back on track once he's born. That's exciting about your new bow... I'm amazingly still happy with the one I've had for years.

I don't have many recipes because my wife has a lot of food intolerances. However, with those I do collect from the newspaper etc I stick into one of those books with the A4 clear plastic sheets. I stuck some tabs (post-it notes) with headings like Bread & Pizza, Vegetables, & Mains. We don't bother with sweets, just generally have fruit - not out of virtue - neither wants to get fat(ter)!
Of course you could use a few of these books, one for each category.
How's the cello going BTW? I am enjoying my new bow.
Regards
Guy
